The Ministry of energy and coal industry has asked the State Fiscal Service to confiscate all the coal originating from the occupied regions of Donbass.
According to the ministry letter, the SFS has to demand the certificate of origin when the coal is imported, as well as take samples to check sulfur contents. The coal from occupied territories contains more than 1% of sulfur, while Russian coal – less than 1%. (Ukrainian metal)
