Industrial output in the Donetsk region (not counting the antiterrorist operation zone) in January-February decreased by 2.4%, and in February – by 13.7% MoM and by 10.1% YoY.
Coke output in February dropped by 31.2% MoM and by 33.6% YoY, metal – by 8.5% MoM, but increased by 3.9% YoY. In January-February – by 16% YoY.
Coalmining in February decreased by 34.4% MoM and by 36.8% YoY, to 0.8 million tons, with 2.1 million tons mined in January-February, down by 14.4% YoY.
Pig iron manufacture in February decreased by 16.3%, steel – by 13.8%, rolled metal – by 14.1%.
At the same time in January-February pig iron output increased by 2.4%, to 1.4 million tons, steel – by 17.6%, to 1.4 million tons, rolled metal – by 28.1%, to 0.9 million tons. (Ukrainian metal)
