The Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Khalikov has met the representatives of the Gemont company (Turkey) and discussed the prospects of further cooperation.
In particular the parties discussed the creation of a metallurgical works to produce rolled sheet.
The project has been developed by Gemont, which specializes in manufacture and assembly of steel structures, mechanical and electronic equipment, as well as pipelines. Investments in the project could reach $150 million. The works will have the capacity to produce 400 thousand tons of sheets per year. (Ukrainian metal)
