DTEK has warned about the risk of working at the enterprises occupied by the militants on the temporarily uncontrolled territory.
According to the company statement, prior to the take-over it guaranteed the fulfillment of all normative and technical documents in labor and industrial safety. Moreover the company paid for all training, attestation of employees, etc. The company is not aware whether the safe labor conditions will be provided now.
Thus DTEK does not recommend its employees to work at the enterprises managed now by unknown people. For all those who wish to work on the controlled territory the company has created a Personnel Support Center. (Ukrainian metal)
