Rinat Akhmetov’s Metinvest companies have devised a plan to avoid environment control in Mariupol.
“Yesterday at noon near the Silpo supermarket on the left bank there was a horrible smell from Azovstal. And so what? It’s Saturday-Sunday. Stationary environment control posts are not operational (because of the weekends). Neither is the mobile laboratory”, a local council deputy Maxim Borodin wrote on his Facebook page.
