Ukraine’s Economy Ministry will investigate Russian exports of rolled steel and reinforcement steel bars for signs of dumping.
The investigation will follow a complaint by ArcelorMittal Kriviy Rih, which said that imports of Russian reinforcing bars and rolled steel might be done at dumping prices, as export prices for the products in 2015 and 2016 were below local prices. (Prime/Ukrainian metal)
