In 2016 the segment of shaped tubes reached 2.4 million tons (2.3 million tons in 2015), water and gas pipeline pipes dropped to 325 thousand tons from 370 thousand tons, electric-welded pipes – 925 thousand tons (980 thousand tons).
Shares of the major pipe producers in 2016 also changed: Severstal dropped from 29% in 2015 to 28%. OMK increased its share from 7.5% to 9.6%.
Demidov Group of Companies went up from 7.1% to 7.4%, KTZ – from 4.6% to 6.4%, Noginsk Pipe-Rolling Works – from 2.2% to 5.5%. NTZ TEMPO retained its share on the shaped tubes market at 5.1%. (Ukrainian metal)
