The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has ordered the state enterprise Selidovugol to change the requirements within the tender of coal processing.
“Selidovugol stated the necessity to have the car dump. Still it could not prove the necessity to have the car dump while processing coal. This is narrowing the circle of the tender participants. As the result we instructed the company to make changes to the tender”, the committee said.
Only Dobropolskaya and Komsomolskaya processing factories own car dumps, other factories work without them. (Ukrainian metal)
