In 2016 Vyksa Iron and Steel Works, a part of OMK, produced and supplied over 3 thousand tons of shaped tubes for the construction of the new and the reconstruction of the existing arenas.
In particular, pipes were supplied for the construction of stadiums in Nizhny Novgorod, Saransk and Volgograd, which would host FIFA World Cup 2018.
Moreover VMZ shapes have been used in the reconstruction of the VTB Arena and Luzhniki in Moscow. (Ukrainian metal)
