In August 2015 the state enterprise Krasnolimanskaya Coal Company sold coal to trading house Resurs, that was later supplied to the state company Centrenergo, at 716.67 UAH per ton, while the coal price stipulated by the Ministry of energy and coal industry at that moment was 1100 UAH per ton.
The agreement between Krasnolimanskaya and Resurs dated August 18, 2015 presupposed prepayment of 90%, but the state company claims it has supplied 57.6 million UAH worth of coal, having received only 10.3 million UAH (or 18%).
In May 2016 the debt payment passed to Dantrade Ltd., and since November 25, 2016 the Commercial Court of Kiev has been reviewing the claim of losses reimbursement from Krasnolimanskaya to Dantrade Ltd. (Ukrainian metal)
