In August Ukraine exported $76.96 million worth of pig iron, with imports on the level of $0.09 million. According to the State Fiscal Service, USA was the main consumer of Ukrainian pig iron in August ($31.6 million). A metal structures works is planned to be constructed in Kropotkin (Krasnodarski Krai). The total cost of the project is 225 million rubles.
