A new long face has been put into operation at the Osinnikovskaya mine, a part of Evraz. Its deposits are estimated at 1720 thousand tons of coking coal.
In early December the mine reached its annual output plan in advance, yielding 1.5 million tons of coal. Such a result has been achieved for the first time in 10 years.
At present miners work at 600-900 meters.
