The government of the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Bashkirskaya Med have signed an agreement on state support of the mine construction at the Yubileynoye deposits.

The construction has been included into the list of priority investment objects of the republic. The government will grant tax preferences, while the company will invest 40.4 billion rubles into the project.

The new mine is expected to yield some 3 million tons of ore per year, allowing to produce 36 thousand tons of copper and 10 thousand tons of zinc. The construction is scheduled to be completed by 2026. (Ukrainian metal)
