Metinvest has concluded long-term contracts with shipbuilding works of Italy to supply metal, produced by its Trametal works.
According to the group’s sales director Roman Kurashev, Italian shipbuilders have stable operations, and their orders portfolio for 2018 is already full.
“Now they take orders for 2020-2021, so we’re working with them in normal mode”, he said.
The new line at Tramel was put into operation in summer and has already reached the project capacity.
At the same time Metinvest plans to offer this line to all other clients, not only shipbuilders. (Ukrainian metal)
