According to the coal industry department of the Kemerovo region, the Kuzbass Fuel Company is repairing two of its processing factories at the Vinogradovsky open-pit mine.
The overhaul will see the assembly of more productive equipment, increasing the processing at both factories from 6 million tons of coal per year to 9 million tons. And the company will be able to process over 80% of its own coal.
In 2015 KTK mined 11 million tons of coal, and plans to mine 11.5 million tons this year. (Ukrainian metal)
