The supervisory board of Artemovsk Non-Ferrous Metals Processing Works has dismissed Vitaly Malykhin from the office of the chairman of the board and appointed Alexander Chistyakov instead.
According to the company statement, the deputy chairman Alexander Stefan and member of the board Tatiana Golos have also been dismissed.
At the same time Valery Safonov, Tatiana Grebinyuk and Olga Nemchenko have been elected new members for 3 years. Safonov worked as the boiler department master and veteran organization chairman, Grebinyuk was the senior accountant and veteran organization treasurer, while Nemchenko was the AZOTsM chief accountant.
