The Supervisory board of Artemovsk Non-Ferrous Processing Works (AZOTSM, Donetsk region) has dismissed Igor Shutov from the office of the chairman of the board and appointed Vitaly Malykhin instead.

Shutov (a minority shareholder) has been working as the chairman since April 2014. Malykhin (a minority shareholder as well) has previously been a deputy chairman of the board.

The Supervosory board has also reelected Alexander Stephan (no shares) as the first deputy chairman of the board, and dismissed Tatiana Golos (no shares) from the office of the deputy chairman, by appointing her a member of the board. Vyacheslav Shramko (a minority shareholder) has been reelected a member of the board, while Igor Kolybaba (no shares) was dismissed from the office of the board member.

The Supervisory board has appointed Natalia Nagornaya (AZOTSM economic security director and a minority shareholder) and Tatiana Khakhaleva (no shares) members of the board. (Ukrainian Metal)
