Novolipetsk Iron and Steel Works has successfully finished the project of replacing cold-rolled metal thermal treating equipment.
15 new stands of bell furnaces have been put into operation.
The new equipment will increase cold-rolled metal with increased finishing quality output by 30%, and that with the highest quality – 4-fold.
Fuel usage at the new furnaces will decrease by almost 47%, and electricity – 3-fold. (Ukrainian metal)
