Russia: raw cobalt output up in January-September 2016

In January-September Russia increased raw cobalt output by 66.6% YoY.

According to the Federal Service of State Statistics, in September raw cobalt output went up by 24.7% YoY, but dropped by 40.6% MoM. (Ukrainian metal)
