Ukraine: Makeevugol not reaching coalmining target

In January-September Russia increased raw magnesium production by 1.6% YoY, while magnesium alloys output dropped by 0.5%. According to the Federal Service of State Statistics, in September raw magnesium output remained on the August level, but increased by 4.9% YoY.
