Shareholders of Zaporozhye Iron Ore Complex have renewed its supervisory board, having dismissed three out of four members and replacing legal entities with individuals.

According to the company statement, Minerfin A.S., owning 51.1698% of the company shares (Slovakia), KSK Consulting A. S. (19.0632%, Czech Republic) and the former Zaporizhstal commercial director Vladimir Bayda have left the board. Minerfin commercial director Peter Plany has been reelected into the board for 3 years. Zaporizhstal financial director Maria Vasilyeva and Sergey Kuzmenko have joined the board as independent members, while Alexander Shikhanov is the representative of KSK Consulting.

In 2015 ZZhRK received 232.08 million UAH of net profit, down 4.9 times YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
