Minerfin, owning 51.16977% of shares of the temporarily occupied Zaporozhye Iron Ore Complex, suggests replacing chairman of the board.

As of Q1 2023, KSK Consulting, a.s. owned 19.0632% and Zaporizhstal – 29.5193%.

Instead of the chairman of the board and CEO Dmitriy Kolesnikov, Minerfin suggests appointing technical director Andrei Karnaukh instead.

The decision will be taken at the extraordinary shareholders meeting scheduled for January 25.

Moreover, the shareholders will be offered to fire deputy chairman, financial director Albert Kosegi and appoint commercial director Vasiliy Varavka instead. (Ukrainian metal)
