As of August 16, importers of pipes to Ukraine have used 87.04% of the annual quota for the supply of steel seamless casing pipes with up to 406.4 mm diameter.
According to the Ministry of economical development and trade, the quota from October 1, 2015 till September 30, 2016 is 19505 tons.
As of August 16, importers received licenses for the delivery of 17031 tons of pipes, or 87.04%. The rest is 2473 tons.
Russia has used up 99.99% of its quota (licenses received for 13863 tons, 2 tons to be delivered), Poland – 34.42% (442 tons, 842 tons), Austria – 93.5% (2772 tons and 95.42 tons respectively).
Romania (245 tons), Slovakia (199 tons), India (84 tons) and China (56 tons) haven’t used their quotas at all. (Ukrainian metal)
