DTEK expects the anthracite coal delivery from the Russia-supported terrorists-occupied regions of Donbass to renew.

“The primary reason for the delivery stop was the railroad strike on the yonder side. But now it has stopped. Because of the military activities the railroad infrastructure was damaged, but it is being repaired. Still, the situation changes every day, so it’s quite difficult to be certain, when the delivery starts again”, said DTEK commercial activity department director Dmitry Malyar.

At present Ukrainian thermal power stations stock some 340 thousand tons of anthracite coal, and they have to accumulate 1.1 million tons before the heating season starts. DTEK is not planning to import coal. (Ukrainian metal)
