Modernization program of Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works shows that in 2017 the ecological situation in Mariupol will start to improve.
“In 5 years air pollution will meet European standards. We can only welcome this”, said the Prime Minister Vladimir Groysman, while visiting the works.
According to Metinvest CEO Yuri Ryzhenkov, the group continues to invest into the works despite tough economical situation. In 10 years Metinvest invested $5.5 billion into development of its companies. (Ukrainian metal)
