Metinvest Group has decided to change the ownership type of its Azovstal, Mariupol Ilyich Iron and Steel Works, Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works, Khartsyzsk Pipe Works, Avdiidka Coke and Chemical Works, and Central Mining and Processing Works from public to private joint-stock companies.
“All the companies have held shareholders meetings and decided on changing the ownership. The state registration of private companies is underway”, said the group press-service. The registration will be completed in a couple of weeks. (Ukrainian metal)
