In April Zaporizhstal produced 301.7 thousand tons of steel, up by 2.9% YoY.
According to the company statement, pig iron output increased by 3.7% YoY, to 269 thousand tons, while that of rolled metal – by 9.7%, to 272.9 thousand tons.
In January-April the works produced 1.27 million tons of steel, 1.17 million tons of pig iron and 1.14 million tons of rolled metal, all up by 3.6%, 4.5% and 5.8% YoY respectively. (Ukrainian metal)
