Krasnodonugol is preparing to rent state assets for free. It would be the first private company to get the official permission to use state property free-of-charge.
The Commercial Court of Lugansk Region has allowed the company to make amendments to the agreement on the rent of Krasnodonuglepostavka, signed back in 2006 by the State Property Fund regional branch and Krasnodonugol.
At the time of signing, the company was granted the right to use infrastructure on paid basis. But now it might start using it free-of-charge.
“For the duration of the Antiterrorist operation the rental is cancelled and totals 0 UAH per month” – that wording the court agreed to enter into the agreement.
Krasnodonuglepostavka is situated in Krasnodon, a Lugansk region city, which was last year listed by the Cabinet of Ministers as situated in the ATO zone. (Ukrainian metal)
