Shareholders of Krasnodonugol have recalled Metinvest B.V. from the supervisory board.
Instead they have elected Metinvest Holding CEO Yuri Ryzhenkov, metal division director Alexander Pogozhev, acting financial director Julia Dankova, legal director Svetlana Romanova and financial control director Olga Khazimova. All of them have been elected for 3 years. (Ukrainian metal)
