The supervisory board of Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Works has dismissed 2 members of the board and appointed 1 member.
According to the company statement, Natalya Zvonenko and Nikolai Karyaka (neither owns shares) have been dismissed.
Viktor Drachevsky, who was the security director at Interpipe Dniepropetrovsk Vtormet, has been appointed a member of the board.
In 2015 Interpipe Novomoskovsk Pipe Works received 394.73 million UAH of net profits. (Ukrainian metal)
