The Kiev Commercial Court of Appeals has removed the arrest of Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works accounts under the 5.81 billion UAH claim of Metinvest.
The accounts were arrested on February 12, by the Commercial Court of Kiev. Alchevsk Works filed an appeal, claiming procedural and substantive laws had been violated. (Ukrainian metal)
