In January Donetsk region witnessed a slight decrease of metal output – by 0.1%, with coke output down by 9%, all MoM.
This was down by 17% and up 1.5 times YoY respectively.
Donetsk region yielded 1.1 million tons of coal, down by 0.4% MoM and by 12.6% YoY. Pig iron output totaled 694.5 thousand tons, up by 6.5% MoM and down by 0.8% YoY.
Steel manufacture in January reached 567.7 thousand tons, down by 4.1% MoM and by 19.3% YoY.
Donetsk region produced 303.3 thousand tons of rolled metal, up by 33.2% MoM, but down by 15.4% YoY.
