Revival of the Dniepropetrovsk region industry is underway. For the second month in a row local companies increase their output.
“Metallurgy makes up 65% of the regional industry. So our main task was to stabilize metal manufacture. In April we stopped the fall in the industry, and in August our indexes started to grow. Development of the main industry affected other as well”, said Valentin Reznichenko, the head of the Dniepropetrovsk region.
The mining industry has increased its indexes by 0.6% and has almost reached its last year indexes. At the same time, ferroalloys output increased by 3.2%, while that of coke – by 5.3%. (Ukrainian metal)
