Private limited company Metinvest B.V. has also increased its share in Khartsyzsk Pipe Works from 93.0044% to 93.4826%, or from 2416715.184 thousand shares to 2429139.693 thousand shares.
Moreover it has purchased shares of the Severny Mining and Processing Works (SevGOK), increasing its share from 80.322% to 80.4283%, or from 1862529.909 thousand shares to 1864993.651 thousand shares.
Lastly, Metinvest B. V. has increased its share in Yenakievo Iron and Steel Works from 55.4239% to 56.1117%, or from 5847.6 thousand shares to 5920.167 thousand shares.
