Since the end of January HMS 1&2 (80:20) has fallen in price by 25% and is now sold at $255-263/t CIF.
Price for A3 scrap has fallen to $240/t CIF.
Ukrainian exporters offer this scrap at $200-220/t FOB at Ukrainian ports.
