In January-November 2014 Ukraine imported $1.61 billion worth of boghead and blind-coal.
The main suppliers of coal to Ukraine were Russia, USA and Kazakhstan.
Russia supplied $1.06 billion worth of coal, with USA at $0.03 and Kazakhstan at $0.09 billion. Other countries supplied $0.14 billion worth of coal.
Boghead and blind-coal export at the same time totaled $513.77 million.
November 2014 witnessed a drastic decrease in coal export – down by $10 million.
In 2013 Ukraine imported $1.97 billion worth of coal, while exports reached $0.73 billion. 2012 saw imports on the level of $2.63 billion, while export totaled $0.6 billion. (Ukrainian metal)
