Experts forecast Ukrainian export volumes of scrap in 2015 on the level of 1.2 million tons.
Scrap prices might grow by 3%, to 2900 UAH per ton. Metal companies will be able to substitute scrap with pig iron that is becoming cheaper, and this would also affect scrap prices.
Average annual prices for HMS 1 & 2 (80:20), CIF Turkey will be around $334 per ton, down by 8% YoY. (Ukrainian metal)
