It is reported that in 2010 Ukraine’s scrap exports decreased by 24.8% YoY to 664,450 tons valued at about $217.05 million.
In December 2010, Ukraine’s ferrous scrap exports saw a 16.3% MoM increase but a 0.2% drop YoY to 59,930 tons with 58,860 tons delivered to Turkey and 1,070 tons to Hungary.
The value of Ukraine’s scrap export sales in December was up by 23.4% MoM increasing to $20.67 million. (SteelOrbis)
