According to preliminary results, in January the Ukrainian steelmaker Zaporizhstal finished steel product output increased by 28% YoY to 273,000 tons while its crude steel production rose by 27% YoY to 326,00 tons.
In the first month of this year Zaporizhstal saw a 16.3% YoY increase in its pig iron output to 257,000 tons and a 23% YoY rise in its agglomerate production to 464,000 tons. (SteelOrbis)
