In January-September Russia exported 2.3 thousand tons of stainless steel rods valued at $7 million, up 1.6 times and by 28.4% YoY respectively.

Nickel content in steel doesn’t exceed 2.5%.

Some 48% of the products were exported to Ukraine, up 2 times, at $3422 per ton. Belarus imported 20% of the products, up by 0.7% YoY, at $2353 per ton. And Kazakhstan occupied the third place with 17%, up by 40%, at $3209 per ton. (Ukrainian metal)
