Shareholders of Dniepropetrovsk Iron and Steel Works named after Komintern (Kominmet) have dismissed the board, having chosen Petr Kozak the general manager for a year.

They have revoked all the members of the board, including the chairman Oleg Botyuk. The supervisory board and revision commission members have also been dismissed, including Alexander Butskikh (owns 19.7787% of shares) and Semen Tokarev (9.994%). Lawyer and financial consultant Ruslan Shutya, English teacher Mikhail Movchan and auditor Yevgeny Lastovka have been appointed to the supervisory board, as well as the state executive officer Valentin Kulakevich and accountant Anna Kravchuk.

All the SB members have been appointed as independent directors until the next annual shareholders meeting.

Natalia Shtimenko and Igor Batov have been appointed to the revision commission for 5 years. (Ukrainian metal)
