In January-September the Siberian Coal Energy Company mined 78.9 million tons of coal, up by 15% YoY.
Sales went up by 5% YoY, to 74.1 million tons.
Sales on the local market remained on the last year levels. Russian consumers received 36.1 million tons of coal, with 29.2 million tons going to power plants.
Foreign sales went up by 10% to 38 million tons. The main consumers were China, South Korea, Japan, the Netherlands, Taiwan, India and Germany. (Ukrainian metal)
