In January-October, Ukraine retained its 20th place in the global steel producers rating compiled by Worldsteel.
Thus, Ukraine produced 6.49 million tons of steel, up by 25.7% YoY.
Moreover, Ukraine increased pig iron manufacture by 21.9%, to 5.36 million tons, retaining its 13th position among 40 global manufacturers. (Ukrainian metal)
