The minister of energy and coal industry Igor Nasalik criticizes the Ministry of Finances and state banks for not providing loans to state mines under state guarantees.
“Unfortunately, I know how state banks finance Ukrainian economy. I have experienced this when preparing state guarantees for the coal industry financing”, he said.
Earlier the ministry informed that the state coal enterprises never received 1 billion UAH of loans under state guarantees envisaged in the 2017 budget. (Ukrainian metal)
