In 2024 Ukraine increased exports of iron ore raw materials by 89.8% YoY, to 33.699 million tons.
According to the State Customs Service, revenue grew by 58.7%, to $2.8 billion.
The main customers were China (36.47% in monetary terms), Poland (17.27%) and Slovakia (17.15%).
Last year Ukraine imported 2.042 thousand tons of iron ore raw materials valued at $414 thousand tons from Poland (49.64%), the Netherlands (22.89%) and Norway (13.49%), up from 250 tons for $135 thousand in 2023. (Ukrainian metal)
