The CEO of Centrenergo JSC Andrey Churkin refutes information on purchasing coal from Kazakhstan.
“We do not buy coal in Kazakhstan. Coal, brought for Centrenergo needs, is on the territory of the European Union on legal basis. The fuel is brought to Ukraine by European traders. Coal is not reloaded on the way and from Polish terminals is delivered directly to our plants. The quality of the coal is confirmed by international certificates,” he declared. (Ukrainian metal)
