Ferrexpo claims it needs more time to prepare a financial report for 2023 due to court proceedings against its daughter company Ferrexpo Poltava Mining.
The proceedings were announced on March 11.
The group promises to make all additional announcements on the report as needed.
A court sitting on Ferrexpo Poltava Mining, scheduled for March 12, was postponed. The reason is as yet unknown. (Ukrainian metal)
