In 2022, Sukha Balka received 487.88 million UAH of net profit, down 2.7-fold YoY.
At the remote shareholders meeting scheduled for December 22 the enterprise intends to spend the last year profit to finance working capital.
The shareholders will also decide on the dissolution of the revision committee as a management body, make changes to the charter, as well as elect new members of the supervisory board. (Ukrainian metal)
