The State Property Fund has fired the first deputy chairman of the United Mining and Chemical Company Yaroslava Maksimenko, having appointed Yegor Perelygin instead.

He has been heading the company from August 2021 till April 2022. In March, he returned to the company as a board member.

In addition to Perelygin, the board was joined by Dimitri Kalandadze (deputy chairman, was on the board previously), Valeriy Panenko (used to be deputy director of the department of security and control and revision work) and Valeriy Zakharenko (previously held the office of Irshanskiy Mining and Processing Works subsidiary director).
