In January-March, Kazzinc decreased zinc output from own resources by 5% YoY, to 34.3 thousand tons.
The group produced 24.9 thousand tons of zinc metal and 9.4 thousand tons of zinc concentrate.
Taking into account the third party raw materials, zinc manufacture dropped by 11%, to 63.5 thousand tons.
Manufacture of lead from own resources increased by 54%, to 8.3 thousand tons.
The company has also produced 3.4 thousand tons of copper from own resources, down by 44%.
Gold manufacture of 154 thousand ounces (4.8 tons) was on par with Q1 2022.
Taking into account the third party raw materials, lead manufacture dropped by 14%, to 23.9 thousand tons, and copper – by 25%, to 11.5 thousand tons, while gold grew by 21%, to 261 thousand ounces (8.1 tons). (Ukrainian metal)
